Our community is very blessed to have Rabbi Ariel Tal serve as the Youth Rabbi for Etz Chaim Synagogue. He engages the youth with his abounding energy and warmth; and is easily recognized in the crowd by his trademark smile. He also serves as the Director of Jewish Student Union in Northeast Florida, which is part of Southern NCSY; and teaches at Torah Academy of Jacksonville in the Middle School and High School.
Rabbi Tal recently launched a Sunday morning class for young boys ages 6-12 who aspire to enhance their davening skills. It’s a heartwarming, musical class filled with music and ruach.
If he’s not playing guitar, riding a bike or juggling time with his six girls together with his wife Rachel, Rabbi Tal is probably giving a class (with pizza!) to teens somewhere in town.
